Better use of cereals oats and buckwheat, are admissible as millet, barley, rice cereal, but semolina is better to exclude. As for vegetables, potatoes, beets, carrots, it is recommended to use no more than 200 grams per day. Milk - only with doctor's permission, dairy products (yogurt, buttermilk, unsweetened yogurt) - 1-2 cups a day.

Cheese, sour cream, cream - and occasionally a little bit. But cottage cheese with diabetes is recommended to use daily, up to 100-200 grams per day in kind or in the form of curd, cheese cakes, puddings, casseroles. The fact that the cottage cheese and oatmeal and buckwheat porridge, bran, rosehips improve fat metabolism and normalize liver function, prevent the fatty changes in it. Allowed to drink, not all - green or black tea, weak coffee, tomato juice, juice from the berries and fruit acid varieties. Mode of food intake in the diet for diabetes is also subject to certain rules. Eating with diabetes have at least 4 times a day, but better - 5-6 times in the same time.
