Atopic dermatitis - an allergic skin disease based on having a predominantly Ig E - mediated mechanism of development. This disease is registered in 1-3% of children. Atopic dermatitis is a hereditary itchy dermatoses. Due to a genetic predisposition to allergic skin reactions.
In the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis play a pivotal role to functional immune deficiency, disorder of the nervous system and psycho-emotional sphere are rather secondary.
