Treatment.
Anesthesia is usually not carried out. Trauma can easily reduce a dislocation of the hand. In the primary dislocation cast is not imposed, it is enough to fix the handle on the headscarf in 2-3 days. If the dislocations are becoming commonplace, a plaster splint for 2-3 weeks.
